Every cup and container is formed in Aurora, not imported. Shorter lead times, no cross-border freight exposure, and no tariff or customs risk between our line and your distribution centre.

Custom print and custom sizes, in-house

An 8-colour flexo press running at 180 metres per minute means branded packaging without an outside printer in the chain. Hot cups from 4oz to 20oz, cold cups to 32oz, single and double wall, PLA-lined paper food containers, plus custom sizes on request.

The floor was designed for expansion. Today’s 7 lines support 483 million cups a year; the facility is laid out to scale in step with customer demand to over 2 billion cups per year.
